The owner of Food for Change:


Amyjo Johnson graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition.  She is currently working on her Certification (CN) and Masters (MS) in Nutrition through the nationally accredited American Health Science University and the National Institute of Nutrition Education.

Amyjo worked with Google, Inc. extensively for 2 years providing nutrition consulting to the on-site food service team and employees.  Providing information to assuring nutritionally balanced menus, excellent ingredients, and nutrition education about food choices for ideal productivity and health.

Currently, Amyjo is providing her services to guests as Resident Nutritionist for the award winning wellness resort COMO Shambhala in Ubud, Bali.

She has been working with other various groups, individuals, restaurants and businesses providing counseling and consultation to a variety of nutritional situations and needs.
